- Department reviews report and amends spreadsheet to reflect upcoming summer's curriculum, staffing, and budget.
- CASSS uploads information and "promotes" budget in TeamBudget system.
- College Dean's Office reviews and further promotes budgets.
- Summer Budget Office approves budget.
- Changes can be made in consultation with the Summer Budget Office.
